As a flooring company, MCF is committed to providing quality products and exceptional services to our customers. We want to ensure that our customers are well-informed about the terms and conditions of our products and services, which is why we have put together this comprehensive guide.

1. Product descriptions and warranties

MCF provides a detailed description of all our products and their features. Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects, and we will replace or repair any defective products within a reasonable period of time. Customers should inspect all products upon receipt and notify us of any defects within 24 hours.

2. Product quotes and pricing

All quotes for products and services are valid for 10 days. MCF reserves the right to adjust product pricing at any time due to market conditions or changes in manufacturing costs. Quotes provided by MCF do not include installation, shipping, or any other non-product related fees unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment terms

MCF requires a minimum 50% deposit before any work can commence, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or check. If payment is not received within 3 days of project completion, MCF reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance.

4. Delivery, Sub-floor condition and installation

MCF provides delivery and installation services for all products. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and customer location. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation area is clean and free of debris before installation begins. otherwise extra fees might be charged for debris removal. The customer must also ensure that the subfloor is level and structurally sound before installation, as any issues with the subfloor may affect the quality and longevity of the flooring.

5. Cancellation policy

If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must notify MCF in writing before placing the order. Any cancellation made after this period will result in a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total order cost for flooring products. This fee covers any costs incurred by MCF in processing the order and arranging for product delivery and/or installation.

Carpet orders can’t be cancelled once they have been cut, so it is important for customers to carefully consider their order before placing it. If a customer wishes to cancel an order for carpet or any other product that has already been cut, MCF reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 70% of the total order cost. This fee covers the cost of returning the cut product to the manufacturer and any other associated costs.

6. Returns and refunds

Any returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. MCF does not offer refunds on installed products or products that have been altered in any way.

7. Limitation of liability

MCF is not liable for any damage to property or persons resulting from the use or installation of our products, except for damage caused by our own negligence. In no event shall MCF be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Warranty

We offer a one-year installation warranty for new carpets and floors that are installed by our trusted sub-contractors. Additionally, all our products are backed by the manufacturers’ warranty.

9. Dispute resolution
