In contrast to the above-mentioned product, it comes with adhesive tape.

it lets you walk on the floor very quietly. It adsorbs the sound and protects the floor against moisture. Again, this product can be used on a concrete and wooden floor. Recycled materials used in these products make them eradicate all the noises. Antimicrobial characteristics are also included in the product. mold cannot grow when you use this on your subfloor. Finally, heat is easily distributed in the rooms too.
Moisture barrier for hardwood flooring
Some people say that you cannot use a moisture barrier for the wooden floor. Instead, they suggest you use 15 pounds felt paper. Others believe you can use the abovementioned products for hardwood floors too. However, be careful! You must not use the moisture barrier when the subfloor is wooden. This is because the moisture is going to be trapped and the subfloor starts rotting.
