oxide cured by an ultraviolet process. It has exceptional wear
resistance, stain resistance and lowers maintenance cost. With
Quantum Guard™ HP there is a no polish, no buffing maintenance
option.
Available in multiple widths – 6′, 9′ and 12′ – resulting in less waste,
fewer seams and greater ease of installation.
Solid weld rods are color-integrated to blend or create a monolithic
appearance. They are used to accent a seam, enhance a border,
outline an inset or used for wayfinding design.
Heat-welded seams provide an aseptic and integral surface that
blocks the penetration of dirt and moisture. For optimal stain
resistance performance, Mannington’s Quantum Guard HP pen
should be used to coat heat-welded seams. Heat-weld is the
preferred method for healthcare and high traffic environments.
